HEADRIX-Frames: Sustainability thanks to Technology

We have developed a special method for connecting the metal temples with the plastic front. This solution is registered at the German Trademark and Patent Office. It is based on the possibilities of industrial 3D printing. The temple end has a kind of gripper arms, for which a form-fitting recess is built inside the front. It requires the precise construction of the front with tolerances below 0.1 mm. The result is a wobble-free connection, screwless and tack-free. We see this as a further contribution to the sustainability of our production.
